Great Place for Families
The breakfast was really good, I mean like, Angela made this homemade fruit compote that was just something else, you know? The rooms were sparkling clean and the beds were real comfy-perfect for a family to recharge after a long day exploring.
It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but worth every penny.

The room felt cramped, with stained bedding and a small TV mounted too high. Breakfast finished too early, and the road leading to the property had tricky turns that made it easy to miss the entrance.

The sea view from our deluxe room was absolutely stunning and made our stay very special. The breakfast options exceeded our expectations, featuring a delightful selection of fresh, local ingredients that highlighted the owner's commitment to quality. The hospitality we received was warm and genuine, making us feel right at home during our entire visit.
However, the check-in process could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at Carrabaun House! The views of Croagh Patrick and the islands were absolutely stunning. Angela and Francis were the most welcoming hosts, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, featuring homemade bread and delicious offerings. The beautiful gardens added to the charm.
Nothing to complain about.

Lovely Views with Room for Improvement
While the breathtaking views and charming gardens created a pleasant atmosphere, the service and flexibility could use enhancement. A disappointing breakfast experience overshadowed our stay—make sure to ask about special requests in advance. Great views deserve great service!

The breakfast options stood out, featuring delicious homemade offerings that made the start of the day special. The owners were charming and made a genuine effort to connect, providing useful recommendations for local activities. However, the check-in process was quite inflexible and left a negative impression, which overshadowed the otherwise pleasant experience. Additionally, the location was challenging to find due to road conditions that made it easy to miss the entrance.
